We all sometimes struggle with being tired, over worked, struggling to get everything done on that to-do-list done. But just taking a moment to relax and being mindful of YOU, will help rebalance your life and put YOU back into the center. Not the kids, not the deadlines, not that to-do-list, not that assignment, YOU need to be there.
For one moment each day, take a moment for yourself.
Find that shady tree, that park, couch or corner and close your eyes and breathe.
Do a quick body scan. How are you feeling?
In this short moment you may think of YOU and what you need right now. Maybe self massage that ache, meditate or simply close your eyes and relish the calm and peace.
Your brain needs this downtime, it will make you stay healthier in body and mind. Giving you increased energy and productivity.
